Yaguar Aka JHT Returns Decolonizing Hip-Hop (@YAGUAR_aka_JHT )

”Decolonization is the process to unlearn in order to RE-learn, and understand LIFE as a last instance and not the canibalistic colonial knowledge that has been the legacy imposed over the last 500 years as the hidden face of Modernity (coloniality-white supremacy). By saying this I mean LIFE in all its manifestations (animal, human, plants, planetary).

It is a lifetime RE-learning process as no one escapes the different Modernities — in fact it was born in the Atlantic in 1492, not here as some use to think- and its embedded in our bodies. But that does not mean it is impossible to find breaking points and trenches in order to find alternatives to make of this world as the Zapatistas says “A world where other worlds are possible” — Yaguar Aka JHT
