The power with­in your own self is real­ized through struggle. Although that struggle can be incited by extern­al pre­dic­a­ments, the power that resides with­in you can only be real­ized intro­spect­ively. Know­ledge is the start­ing place for self power and is the begin­ning of aware­ness. This know­ledge enlight­ens you to the cir­cum­stances by empower­ing your own self with the inform­a­tion to prop­erly respond to extern­al pre­dic­a­ments. In order to refine those extern­al pre­dic­a­ments, you must con­quer the habits with­in that per­petu­ate the extern­al prob­lems. To cor­rect your extern­al pre­dic­a­ments you must be focus inside, killing the bad habits allow­ing the prob­lems to persist.
