NEW MUSIC | MARI “THE COOLDOWN” (SINGLE)

By • On What is New , , , , ,

R&B star Mari keeps it real in his new single “The Cooldown.” Don’t let the smooth intro fool or distract from his brutally honest rhymes. Raw emotion is felt through each syllable asserted by Mari. He makes it clear from the beginning that the track is not about money, women, fast cars, murder, or any other oversaturated content. Mari’s lyrics make audiences feel and The Cooldown is a catchy summer vibe; shades with the top down. Those unfamiliar might coin Mari as cocky while listening, but quite the opposite, Mari is confident riding his lane and taking pride in being different.
