EVENT | LOWKEY TO PERFORM AT ‘SOUNDS OF AN UNQUIET MIND’ @MindCharity @MindITHN @QMUL

Mind in Tower Ham­lets and Newham, in part­ner­ship with Beats­Learn­ing and Queen Mary Uni­ver­sity, have organ­ised ‘Sounds of an Unquiet Mind’, an event cel­eb­rat­ing men­tal health through music, art and spoken word. This event will raise money to sup­port res­id­ents in Newham and Tower Ham­lets who have men­tal health issues, with a focus on provid­ing cre­at­ive therapy.

With more acts TBC, the line-up includes Lowkey, the Lon­don Phil­har­mon­ic Choir, City of Lon­don Sym­phonia, Soudha and spoken word per­formers from all parts of the community.

There will also be a raffle on the night with prizes includ­ing two first-class chan­nel tun­nel tick­ets, and two day passes to Disneyworld.

A lim­ited num­ber of free tick­ets are reserved for people cur­rently in receipt of bene­fits or with lived exper­i­ence of men­tal health issues. All tick­et sales sup­port much needed men­tal health ser­vices so if you are able to buy a tick­et then please do.
