One of Grime’s vet­er­an emcee’s Scorch­er shows he can flow on any beat and still bring the heat as he joins forces with one of Drill’s biggest rapper’s K‑Trap for “Com­fy”.

The two artists make a big state­ment with “Com­fy” as they bring a greazy, drill track to Scorch­ers forth­com­ing “ADMD” album released at the end of the month. Deliv­er­ing raw, real life bars over an atmo­spher­ic beat, Scorch­er enters the track with a catchy, no-non­sense chor­us lead­ing straight into a jumpy hook, whilst K‑Trap deliv­ers some ser­i­ous bars full of wordplay.

Scorch­er says “Com­fy is just me talk­ing on a side of a cer­tain life­style that people don’t really rap about much. It’s not all it seems and is kinda boring.”

With over 15 mil­lion streams on digit­al stream­ing plat­forms and 20 mil­lion views across You­Tube, Scorcher’s work-rate is unmatched in the Grime scene.

Going from strength to strength in his career as one of Grime’s pion­eers and reignit­ing through its resur­gence and now cap­it­al­ising on his pre­vi­ous act­ing roles in series Top Boy and films such as ‘The Intent’ and ‘Offend­er’, win­ning Best Grime Act at the MOBO Awards in 2025 and this year being nom­in­ated again whilst being on stage for a spe­cial per­form­ance cel­eb­rat­ing 30 years of MOBO’s with D Double E, Nolay, Wiley and Chip. Last year Scorch­er remerged as a power­house, as he released a host of vir­al mix­tapes and singles, win­ning him a spot on Complex’s Best Brit­ish Rap­pers of 2025. This year kick­star­ted with the Sir Spyro & Giggs col­lab which was extremely well received and his latest single ‘Roads’ fea­tur­ing Kasst8 has been added to nation­al radio playl­ists so there’s plenty more to come from this multi-tal­en­ted artist.
