NEW MUSIC | ATLANTA HIP HOP DUO KOOLY BROS ENLIST YOUNG THUG FOR THEIR NEW SINGLE AND VISUALS “DRUNK MESS”

“I’ve been a fan of the Kooly Bros’ talent and passion since we did open mics together in Atlanta!” That’s why I’ve collabed with them more than once! It’s their time!”   — YOUNG THUG, GRAMMY AWARD WINNER.

Young Thug endorsed Hip HOP POP duo the Kooly Bros announce their highly anticipated release of new music video and single “Drunk Mess,” featuring longtime collaborator and friend, Grammy award winner Young Thug. Drunk Mess is the lead single off their debut album G Fresh x Sanders.

Directed by Bank!, the clip opens with the Kooly Bros, in typical Friday night fashion, causing mayhem in a liquor store with a possé of women, and later joyriding in the streets of Atlanta. Young Thug makes a cameo appearance in the visuals. Drunk Mess encapsulates the free-spirited, live hard mentality of the Kooly Bros, offering fans a much-needed respite from the global pandemic. Straddling the parameters of trap and pop music, Drunk Mess was produced by US production powerhouse Nard & B (T Shirt, Migos). G Fresh’s signature high pitched vocal tone contrasted with the bass-heavy production and Sanders’ slick wordplay, makes for a perfect introduction to their brand of #PopHOP Rap music.

Hailing from Atlanta, USA but with Swiss roots, The Kooly Bros consists of brothers Sanders (rapper/writer) and G Fresh (singer/producer). G Fresh has a plethora of producer credits under his belt for multi-platinum artists like Future, Meek Mill, Migos, 2 Chainz and Busta Rhymes. The duo takes an experimental and unorthodox approach to rap music, amalgamating Pop, Trap, EDM and Cloud Rap to create their own unique sonic brand of #PopHOP Rap music. The Kooly Bros aptitude lies in their ability for creating catchy, melodic hooks.

Drunk Mess is released on Friday 6th November on all major streaming platforms.
