Writ­ten as a break­through from writer­’s block, ‘KOMC’ is the latest single to come from Nigeri­an born rap­per HIG­HON­FI. Fus­ing afrobeats, pop and hip hop togeth­er this new single was writ­ten as a spon­tan­eous release from weeks of not being able to write. Lyr­ic­ally cen­ter­ing around his jour­ney as an artist, which has taken him from Niger­ia to the USA in pur­suit of his dreams.
HIG­HON­FI moved to the USA where he star­ted his own record label; High Music Group. A pion­eer of trap music in Niger­ia, HIG­HON­FI has already exper­i­enced suc­cess with pre­vi­ous release ‘Boom­ing’ which fea­tured on the Nigeri­an Bill­board charts. His last EP ‘While You Wait’ has also proved to be very suc­cess­ful, amass­ing over 11 thou­sand listens on Soundcloud.
