Persian/British rap­per Tohi is set to release his highly anti­cip­ated single Out the Box. The track will be avail­able in all major digit­al plat­forms form the 19th April 2019.

Out the Box is a hard hit­ting, urb­an bal­lad that addresses mov­ing out of com­fort zones and accept­ing the chal­lenge of some­thing new. Tohi uses his plat­form as a voice for many social issues through which he can send pos­it­ive mes­sages to his fan base.

Tohi hails from Iran, where he boasts being the first mod­ern rap­per to grow a wide fan base from his coun­try. Tohi blends influ­ences from his Per­sian roots with his love for Brit­ish music to deliv­er a truly unique sound.
Tohi over­came the bar­ri­ers of being an upcom­ing Per­sian Hip Hop artist by devel­op­ing his music in Dubais’ lively pro­du­cer scene. His latest single, Out the Box, was writ­ten, pro­duced and recor­ded in Lon­don, a city where he has already played at a mul­ti­tude of live ven­ues.

Hip Hop legends such as The Weeknd, Drake and Kendrick Lamar have each inspired Tohi’s sound with their con­tem­por­ary take on the clas­sic genre. Des­pite hav­ing already grown a fan base of over 3.7 mil­lion on Ins­tagram alone, Tohi is ready to bring his music to the fore­front of the UK urb­an scene.

Tohi is no stranger to suc­cess with sev­er­al awards already under his belt, includ­ing Best R&B/Hip Hop act of the year 2016 and 2017 from BAMA Music Awards Ger­many. Not only that, he was recently inter­view by Sky News which high­lights that he has obtained over 10 num­ber 1 singles.
