NEW MUSIC | RISING RAPPER MARC JONES FINALLY UNVEILS EMPHATIC NEW SINGLE “NO GRAVITY”

Making a name for himself with tracks like “Wrestling” and “Real”, rising Croydon-hailing rapper Marc Jones launches his first single of the year “No Gravity”.

Steadily releasing music for the last 24 months, Marc ups the ante once again with his latest up-tempo drill heater courtesy of producer G8Freq (M Huncho, Lil Baby, WSTRN). Complete with the bounce and flex of the infamous sound which he combines with pensive lyricism encouraging listeners to rise above their self-imposed limitations, “No Gravity” stands as a defiant new release.

Shot in the bitter cold of Iceland, the cinematic visuals for “No Gravity” captivates and further elevate the track, featuring stunning shots of the icy terrain including the iconic Sólheimasandur plane crash, further tying into the theme of rejecting gravity.

“Life can often be full of self-doubt on what we think we’re able to achieve.” Marc shares on the inspiration behind ‘No Gravity’. “I’ve been afraid to start things in fear of failure but have learnt that if you put in the hard work, you can achieve things that you never thought were possible. Gravity came to mind as something that can be used to illustrate our innate feeling of fear and trepidation when it comes to pursuing your passion.”

With over 3M global streams and early radio support from BBC 1Xtra DJs Ace and Target, Marc already has great foundations. Expect much more this year, with more singles in the pipeline and an EP to come as Marc establishes his name as a humble rapper looking to uplift the art and a genuine force in the rap scene.
