Inspired by personal hardship, ‘Triple Fold’ is the bold and aspirational new single from London rapper Monst. Originally written back in 2017, Monst has been sitting on this track, waiting for the right time to release it. With the lyrics speaking to losing everything and striving to get back his reparationsMonst says “It’s about facing adversity after adversity but still bouncing back and defeating all my problems.” A hugely relatable and inspirational track, we think this is the beginning of big things for the talented lyricist.

Monst has come a long way from his freestyling days in primary school when he used to rap over bars played on mobile phone speakers. Inspired by Jay Z, Nipsey Hussle and Nas, Monst makes sure to fill his music with substance and reason. “I believe that music should teach people.. whether that’s new words or different ways of thinking.” adds Monst values music as a powerful tool. Monst independently released his debut single ‘Transitions’ in November 2019 and is gearing up for a big 2021 with the release of ‘Triple Fold’.
