Suc­ceed­ing at intro­du­cing the grime scene to North Wales, Larko moved back to his birth place of Manchester, where his pop­ular­ity has grown rap­idly. The 25 year old rap and grime artist suf­fers from Cereb­ral Palsy but uses this to have a unique approach to mak­ing music. Fea­tured in loc­al news­pa­pers such as the Daily Post, Larko has been gain­ing pop­ular­ity over the years through his power­ful music.
