Controverse EP CoverLon­don emcee Con­sensus, who has been fea­tured on  FT.com, BBC World Ser­vice and BBC Radio 1 Xtra per­form­ing and talk­ing about his music and con­scious lyr­ics through Hip Hop, is fresh from his US Tour at the end of 2018 and is back with ‘Con­tro­ver­sé‘ and ‘Sub­Con­text‘, 2 new EPs with their own dis­tinct sounds.

‘Con­tro­ver­sé‘ is a 5 track col­lab­or­a­tion EP with Swiss pro­du­cer Bikuta. Each track boast a strong boom-bap style with con­tro­ver­sial sub­ject mat­ter. The emphas­is here is on com­plex flow and lyr­ics that pack a punch.

‘Sub­Con­text‘ is a fast paced rap & grime pro­ject on new skool beats. Each track delves into raw emo­tion­al expres­sion and explores the poten­tial for explos­ive and dynam­ic per­form­ance. Con­sensus calls this ‘5 Moody tracks about the stuff I nev­er get to talk about.’
