JAZZ CAFE ANNOUNCES AUTUMN–WINTER 2025 SEASON WITH GLOBAL ICONS AND FUTURE SOUNDMAKERS

The iconic London institution continues its legacy with an unmissable season of boundary-pushing live music across Soul, Jazz, Afrobeat, RnB, Electronic and beyond

From Ghanaian songstress Gyakie to techno legend Jeff Mills, Jazz Café’s latest season celebrates pioneers and next-generation talents

2025 marks another milestone for Jazz Café. Following a standout summer and the continued success of Jazz Café Festival, Camden’s beloved grassroots venue now reveals a forward-thinking and global lineup for the colder months. This autumn-winter, the stage will be graced by internationally renowned names and the scene’s brightest emerging artists.

A visionary in the world of electronic music, Jeff Mills’ latest project Tomorrow Comes The Harvest arrives at the intimate venue on the 20th September for what promises to be a landmark moment within electronic music and contemporary jazz. Conceived between the Detroit techno Godfather and pioneering Afrobeat drummer Tony Allen in 2020, the project shares a musical philosophy that centres around exploring the unknown and reaching higher levels of consciousness.

One of Ghana’s brightest exports, Gyakie, brings her soulful blend of Afrobeats and RnB on the 27th September. One of Ghana’s best loved female artists, she has one of the most seductive, silky voices in Afrobeats. On the 13th October, Jazz Café welcomes Progressive kwn, an R&B artist and East London native known for combining candid lyricism and heartfelt vocal performances with sinuous productions. LTJ Bukem, a pioneering force in drum and bass, headlines a high-energy set on the 10th October, showcasing deep liquid, jungle and everything in between.

Representing a new generation of Brazilian voices, Mari Froes makes her UK debut on 7th November, weaving bossa nova, samba, and jazz with effortless sensitivity and charm. A standout voice in contemporary flamenco, on 24th November, Spanish vocalist María José Llergo takes the stage with her emotionally charged blend of flamenco, soul, and electronic textures.

Acclaimed Berlin-based trio Moses Yoofee Trio, known for their genre-spanning sound that fuses jazz, neo-soul, and hip-hop, appear on 1st November, showcasing why they’re one of Europe’s most talked-about jazz outfits. Glaswegian DJ duo Optimo return to Jazz Café for a very special All Night Long set on 26th September — promising an expansive journey through leftfield disco, post-punk, techno, and beyond.

An autumn residency, The Compozers bring their explosive live show to Camden on the 18th September and 16th of October. Known for their show-stopping reinterpretations of classic and contemporary tunes, the London-based collective continues to raise the bar for live instrumental music.

Head into Autumn alongside the most diverse and talented lineup yet at London’s intimate cultural hotspot. Relish in the sounds of global pioneers and discover new music from the future of RnB, Hip Hop, to Electronic and World music.
