Viol­ence against women and girls (VAWG) is more top­ic­al than ever before. With the elec­tion of Trump, Gisèle Pelicot’s seek­ing justice and the crisis in Sudan & Congo, it is para­mount we equip our gen­er­a­tion, and gen­er­a­tions to talk about VAWG effect­ively, con­fid­ently and nav­ig­ate through discomfort.

In col­lab­or­a­tion between Strength of a Woman (SOAW) and Seduced by Art (SBA), we present to you “Art Against VAWG”. Our mis­sion is to engage with diverse com­munit­ies and cul­tures, to foster dia­logue and col­lab­or­a­tion, and to pro­mote social change through art.

Join us on Decem­ber 6th to learn new inform­a­tion around pre­ven­tion, inter­ven­tion, and sup­port for indi­vidu­als who have exper­i­enced or wit­nessed VAWG, miso­gyny, and unhealthy rela­tion­ships using art and cre­ativ­ity. Expect an art exhib­i­tion with excit­ing vibrant art­work, a pan­el dis­cus­sion plus a cre­at­ive work­shop — and so much more!
