Most will agree The Alchemist is considered one the most prolific and consistent Hip Hop producers of the last decade. Making a rare London appearance backing one of the most consistent and dopest Underground Emcees of the last 5years Detroits own Boldy James.
The duo erupted a sold out KOKO London crowd when they hit the stage.
The Alchemist’s super production combined with Boldy’s measured monotone flows had die hard fans in the palm of their hands rapping along to every word.
We were treated to jewels from the Alchemist every-time he touched the mic.
Tonight felt special. It felt like we was watching the emergence of a future Hip Hop Legend. I also look forward to what Boldy drops next and how he continues to evolve as an Emcee.
This show banged from beginning to end and certainly didn’t outstay its welcome. Boldly James and The Alchemist are seriously dope live. Make sure you keep an eye out next time they’re in town.
