‘Hip Hop 50’ is bring­ing togeth­er a slew of rap titans from Stateside and the UK to cel­eb­rate the 50th anniversary of the hip hop, for an extra spe­cial one-off night at London’s O2 For­um Kentish Town on Sat­urday 26 August 2023, with tick­ets on sale now here.

Head­lining is the undis­puted pion­eer of the golden era of hip hop Big Daddy Kane, as he marks 35 years of his sem­in­al ‘Long Live The Kane’ album, plus very spe­cial guest appear­ances from fel­low Juice Crew word­smith Masta Ace and DJ Marco Polo bring­ing that clas­sic East Coast fla­vour, plus NYC’s incen­di­ary Onyx.

Join­ing the bill will be the eld­er states­men of Detroit Elzhi, Phat Kat and Guilty Simpson, the UK’s Hijack, MC Mell’O’ and Blade [05:21], plus DJ 279, Shortee Blitz and Mr Thing.
