Set to drop on Christ­mas Day, ‘By Myself’ is the hot new album from Yung Chock. Inspired by the emo­tions of the year and the sense of isol­a­tion, ‘By Myself’ is an hon­est exposé for Yung Chock who presents his emo­tions in a way that’s so relat­able. With each song rep­res­ent­ing a dif­fer­ent exper­i­ence or emo­tion, this 9 track album was recor­ded by Yung Chock him­self in his home studio.
 
“Just a young kid from the Robert Taylor Pro­jects in Chica­go, Illinois” is how Yung Chock intro­duces him­self. Start­ing to rap in High School, he has­n’t looked back since. Using real life exper­i­ences as the inspir­a­tion for his music, Yung Chock speaks to events that hap­pen in his com­munity as well as his per­son­al life. His recent pro­ject ‘Dreams and Pain’ was ded­ic­ated to the incar­cer­ated youth.
