NEW MUSIC | DYNAMICMP (@Dynamic_MP) ‘EGO’

DynamicMP, is an emerging rapper straight from Hackney, East London, with an influence stemming from strong boom bap hip hop, honest lyrics and catchy melodies.

In “Ego”, DynamicMP explains how every person is at the mercy of their ego and there is always a battle that happens in order for you to make the right decisions.
Ever since DynamicMP started in music its been a war with keeping the ego at bay, there’s so much jealousy and hate in every industry but especially in music.
‘Ego’ is a reflection of just leaving your pride at the door and doing what you have to do in order to reach the goals you want to reach, with style of course.

DynamicMP’s musical influences stem from some of the most poetic and multi-sonic exploring old school and new school rappers both international and home-grown such as the late great J Dilla, Common, Joey Badass, Kendrick Lamar, J Cole, Wretch 32 and J Hus.

DynamicMP has held a strong presence on SoundCloud with the release of the ‘Kairos’ (2014), his first mixtape, with a foray of different instrumentals that are ode’s to the boom bap vibe and displays the first step into music.

Fast-forward to 2016, with his own remix of Queen Latifah’s classic ‘U.N.I.T.Y’ amidst the Black Lives Matter protests, DynamicMP was nominated for the MOBO Unsung competition making it to the final 20.

This then ushered the release of his ’22’ EP later that year, a project that explores his maturity and the struggles of balancing life and music.

After 4 years of making music, the sound remains to be authentic, unique and versatile, constantly giving you that peace of mind to remember the important things.
