Back in April, Washington’s DC most-sought after independent emcee J Scienide released a thirteen-track album called, “The Actual Heat.” Last week, Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg and Funk Master Flex supported him by playing music from his album. Before that, he appeared on Statik Selektah’s show on Shade45 as a guest. Reviewed by IMPOSE Magazine and The Couch Sessions, The Actual Heat is making its way into the mainstream audience since its independent release. J Scienide also exclusively shared the “Ghetto” video with Kev Brown on Ambrosia For Heads.
“The Actual Heat” is out now through Official Crate Music Records, an independent label. Limited vinyl of the acclaimed album will be available soon.
