I grew tired and *pissed off* with the portrayal of my people and culture in the news, media and social media. I’m *NOT* one to moan when I’m unhappy with a situation so took it upon myself to *change the narrative* and restore the *TRUE* pride of *Black people* Like it or loathe it, truth is truth! What comes from the soul touches the soul and i mean *every single word* I’m saying in this song.
