Independent DIY artist, Sways is set to release the visuals to accompany his latest single Okay on the 4th July 2019.

Okay began with sci-fi instrumentals which inspired the rest of the song. The entire track is centred around a hazy vocal sample which repeats alongside a set of Sways’ powerful rap lyrics.

Set in an abandoned hotel amongst the desolate sands of Malta, the music video provides the perfect backdrop for this contemporary Hip Hop track.

Sways provides a refreshing injection of sound into the current UK urban scene, his music boasts high-quality production and intelligent lyricism that truly sets him apart. He draws influence from his childhood spent submerged in a household of rhythm, specifically the sounds of old school Hip Hop and the ever-growing UK Grime scene.

At the core of his music is a pride for independence since Sways has worked tirelessly to craft his own way through the industry, whether that be uploading material to his YouTube channel or producing his own beats. His work has already garnered the attention of UK tastemakers GRM Daily.

Not only that, the BBC has shown strong interest in Sways, playing his earlier release, Buzzer on Radio 6 channel. His music has also graced platforms such as Reprezent Radio.

Sways has built up a dedicated fan-base from his captivating live performances in and around London city. The relationship between the music and its listeners is something truly important to him; The way the crowd reacts to my performances makes me feel great. It kinda asserts me as well.”

 Live dates:
