Fresno Cali emcee Joc Schol­ar, who also serves as one half of the emcee and pro­du­cer duo Grand Opus, hooks up with Long Beach club DJ and pro­du­cer Madd Sci­ent­ist to drop “Gas”.

The single is Joc’s first con­tri­bu­tion to 2021, this time dis­play­ing his lyr­ic­al abil­it­ies over more of a west coast club vibe, a dif­fer­ent back­drop from the gritty, under­ground hip hop pro­duc­tion of usu­al. The out­come is a per­fect fusion of raw rap and dance vibes that slap in your ride.
