Released on 30th July 2019, ‘Community Service’ is the highly anticipated debut EP from Boston — born Hip Hop rapper, Bankxy. Produced by Rosewood Music Group and featuring his two previous releases ‘Won’t Let Go ft. Siobhan Heard’ and ‘Money’ which have accumulated over 350,000 streams on Spotify, ‘Community Service’ is set up for success.

With reflection to his move from Boston to LA, ‘Community Service’ expresses his passion for his music and the struggles faced through his transformation from an artist within his community to the wider world.

Taking inspiration from the likes of Jay‑Z, Styles P and Nas, Bankxy’s melodic hip-hop and jazz fuelled rhythmic style has been compared to artists such as J Cole, Drake and Meek Mill. A style that has been noticed in ‘Sucka Free’ with melodies similar to ‘Portland’ by Drake.
