FIRE IN THE BOOTH | THE DUBAI SERIES ON APPLE MUSIC

Charlie Sloth will be kick­start­ing 2021 on Apple Music with an excit­ing roster of Inter­na­tion­al artists on Fire in the Booth, titled The Dubai Series. Launch­ing on 5th Janu­ary 2021 and filmed in Dubai, Charlie sees an array of free­style per­form­ances from both artists in the UAE as well as inter­na­tion­al artists stop­ping by. The ses­sions will première exclus­ively on Apple Music and will also fea­ture on Charlie Sloth’s Rap Show on Apple Music 1.
The Dubai Series launches with the UAE Cypher — a ses­sion that is unique on many levels. It will be the first Arab­ic speak­ing per­form­ances on the Fire In the Booth plat­form and also brings togeth­er some of the UAE’S finest MCs — per­form­ing togeth­er as one for the first time.
The artists include AhmeDoo Big­gie, Santo D’Mon­key, P. Storm, Ada­mil­lion & Tac. This hand­picked selec­tion of rap­pers rep­res­ent part of the his­tory and future or the UAE’s emer­ging Hip-Hop scene — and is cur­ated with the help of NOMAD - an import­ant incub­at­or and com­munity plat­form for grass­roots tal­ent and cre­at­ives with­in the region.
The ses­sion is intro­duced by the UAE’s Hop-Hop Radio Ambas­sad­or Big Hass, togeth­er with a beat made espe­cially for the free­style, by the tal­en­ted pro­du­cer & musi­cian Ray­an Bail­ouni.
The spe­cial six-part series which fea­tures UAE tal­ents — Freek, Jaysus and a his­tor­ic­al UAE Cypher to begin the sea­son. Also recor­ded for the series are FITBs from Kelvyn Colt (Ger­many), Ay Em (UK), and Kekra (France).
