NEW MUSIC |THE REAL SIMBA (@THEREALSIMBAA) “BLUE FACES”

Ori­gin­ally from St. Cath­er­ine, Jamaica Simba moved to Mount Ver­non, NY with his fam­ily to build a bet­ter life and speak dreams into exist­ence. Grow­ing up in Mount Ver­non he exper­i­enced the envir­on­ment­al hard­ships of murder, viol­ence, gangs, and oth­er wraths of the street. Rather than give into defeat Simba found solace in writ­ing and rhym­ing.  One of his first records “Susies Story” nar­rates the hor­ror he wit­nessed daily.  Even now he cred­its Mt Ver­non for mak­ing him the man he is today.

Presently The Real Simba is build­ing a stead­fast career for him­self. As a young artist on the scene, not even at the peak of his career, you can find Simba per­form­ing live at some of the most not­able ven­ues and events like SOB’s and SXSW Fest­iv­al. As a res­ult of his rig­or­ous work and ded­ic­a­tion he is win­ning respect from Hip Hop legends and Pion­eers. Simba con­tin­ues to make a name for him­self with a grow­ing fan base of over 20,000 and per­form­ing along­side major artists such as Mr. Cheeks, Lil Scrappy, Cas­sidy, and Fred The God­son.  With hit singles “Blue Faces”, “Pen Game”, and “Want It All”; it is evid­ent The Real Simba is a glob­al sen­sa­tion enter­tain­ing fans with his exclus­ive style, atten­tion-grabbing sounds, and over­all ver­sat­il­ity as an artist. Stay tuned, new music is on the way!

“Blue Faces” is the latest hit by Simba that is tak­ing over the clubs both domest­ic­ally and inter­na­tion­ally! “Blue Faces” is a remind­er to fans and haters that money has­n’t changed who he is or his beliefs. Simba deliv­ers this remind­er over a catchy club-banging beat.
