Check out the brand new single from London R&B artist DON! ‘My Way’ brings sweet nostalgic sounds to the forefront and just the right kind of vibes to kick off summer 2021. Doing things Don’s way from start to finish, this track links the essence of Ghanian culture with polished London rap. Depicting music as a woman, a raunchy narrative was painted by DON set within the relaxed vibes of a summertime gathering. Unable to sit on this release, this artist aims to show the world what he’s really about, launching this track with the support of his friend and established artist Jayso and the Skillions global team! We expect big things in the works for DON, especially if he continues to create music his way!

Always actively creating music, DON was firstly a singer in a live band, then became part of the rap duo The Family. Throwing himself into the deep end of a solo career, DON created a 6 track EP, ‘Gone Before The Winter’ before the pandemic hit. During lockdown, it became apparent a home studio setup was needed to continue the hard work.

“Then it clicked, that’s when I realised, music is about a feeling, music is about a moment, a vibe.”

Working from a comfortable home studio setup changed things for DON; a space he could create anything, any way he wanted. Forever over-achieving, DON buries the jokers without a spade and wins over just about any one who enters his musical sphere. Loving nothing in the world more than music, DON puts pen to paper as easily as breathing, continuing to keep his eyes on the prize! Keep an eye out for this upcoming, exciting artist!
