Listen to Monophobia Can’t Be Cured

R&B artist Lushán is set to release his debut album Monophobia Can’t Be Cured onto all major digital platforms from the 18th July 2019.

8‑track collection, Monophobia Can’t Be Cured comes after an 8‑week process of recording and producing day after day. It is an album with a new spirit, playing on themes of solitude and re-surfacing as he draws on experiences in the aftermath of a toxic break-up. With these latest songs, Lushán gives us a glimpse into the cognitions of his mind as he breaks down his thoughts step by step, lyric by lyric.

Using eerie guitar melodies paired with heavier drum knocks, this album builds up an intense musical atmosphere, comparable to the likes of XXXTentacion and Linkin Park. What Lushán does is create more than a song, it is a therapeutic route for escapism and a place to feel familiar.

Lushán hails from the city, surrounded by a vast range of both cultural and musical influences. His music is heavily inspired by city living and all that it brings, creating his raw, authentic sound.

His portfolio is ever-growing with the release of this album marking the first of bigs things to come in 2019. Monophobia Can’t Be Cured is set to be released onto all major digital platforms from the 18th July, keep your eye out on his social media for more.
