DMV’s lead­ing rap­per Killa Cal releases his new album titled “Rip­ken”, deliv­er­ing con­sec­ut­ive home-run hits.

The 14-track album fea­tures oth­er hard-hit­ting artists includ­ing Big B, Big Lyl, Kevo, D.C. Don Juan, King­pen Slim, King Los, Loaded Lux, 3d Na’tee, Breana Mar­in, and B Boi with cuts from DJ Chuck Clasik and DJ Dirty Rico.

Cal cov­ers the gamut with riv­et­ing anthems, club bangers, street records, and even tracks with chill vibes. He touches upon being real in a game that’s over­flow­ing with ama­teurs and ‘pil­low talk­ing ni**as’. He also lays down his self-made come up from hoops to col­lege to by-passing offers from record labels.

It’s evid­ent this lyr­ic­al MVP is win­ning in his city and world­wide, and con­tin­ues to sell his truths, not corner­stone lies. The album embod­ies flaw­less blends and mixes of soul, reg­gae, heavy bass, and clas­sic DJ cuts, all of which intensi­fy the raw­ness spewed from Cal.
