Writ­ten dur­ing a spon­tan­eous trip to LA, Kaylee Jay col­lab­or­ated with LA based rap­pers Nodayso­ff and Big Phavor. The cre­ation of this song was as a res­ult of true spon­taneity and chance, lyr­ic­ally influ­enced by her real experiences.
22 year old sing­er Kaylee Jay has been writ­ing music from a young age, inspired by Joni Mitchell and The Weeknd. Her music is impuls­ive and vis­cer­al, the intim­ate lyr­ics are played out in her vocals that util­ise the under­tones of her voice. Kaylee Jay explores dif­fer­ent genres and music­al expres­sions with power­ful and nur­tur­ing lyrics.
