NEW MUSIC | JOELL X CHLOBOCOP ‘HOLLA’

‘RnB hybrid’ artist, Joell. He’s just released his first single of the year, ‘Holla’ ft CHLOBOCOP, which has already achieved editorial support from both Apple and Spotify since the release last week.

Joell is Scottish artist who’s been making waves in the underground scene for the past two years. It’s now that he’s started to hone his unique sound and with the latest release featuring catchy melodies, a sick trap beat and melodic hooks, it’s sure to kick off 2020 with a bang.

Working from a basement in Young fathers Studio, Joell takes his listeners on a journey using melodic sounds, 808 drum patterns and savvy lyrics. He paints a consistent and engaging picture of life in modern society and explores his fight against a mundane lifestyle. You can immediately hear Joell taking influences from current trends and future sounds, however adding his very own raw and authentic vibe to it.

Joell has amassed over 100,00 Spotify streams over the past year, has supported the likes of Asap Nast, Tion Wayne, House of Pharaohs, Che Lingo and 808INK on tour.

Joell will be supporting Kojey Radical on his upcoming UK tour in March 2020.
