Power­ful polit­ic­al state­ment on social image and eco­nom­ic stance, ‘Zama Zama’ is the latest single to come from South Afric­an artist Black Poze. Writ­ten spe­cific­ally about the illeg­al min­ing in the now closed mines in South Africa, ‘Zama Zama’ is a hustle cul­ture for every South Afric­an. Recor­ded at Time is Money Enter­tain­ment’s stu­di­os, ‘Zama Zama’ is the second single from Black Poze’s debut EP ‘Kapa Dintshang’.
Affec­tion­ately known as the ‘Sotho Rap Geni­us’ Black Poze fuses Sotho lyr­ic­al prowess with west­ern son­ics to cre­ate a truly unique art­form. Since join­ing Time is Money Enter­tain­ment in 2015, Black Poze has been gain­ing recog­ni­tion for his polit­ic­ally and socially aware music. Black Poze released his debut single in Feb­ru­ary and was premiered and playl­is­ted on Lesedi FM, and received cov­er­age on MTV­Base and Chan­nel O.
