Hail­ing from Mon­tréal, rap­per 08rus drops the ulti­mate heart­break anthem ‘Trust Issues’. Pour­ing out his heart on the track, the rap­per talks us through his darkest hours as a con­sequence of betray­al from a past love interest.

The catchy emo-trap vibe on the track is remin­is­cent of artists like Juice WRLD, and closer to con­text of lyr­ics, a lot like Drake. Fol­low­ing on a sim­il­ar theme from his debut single ‘Heart­break’, 08rus drops relat­able lyr­ics for his listen­ers full of emo­tion, to encour­age people to talk about feel­ings of the heart and spread aware­ness of Men­tal health issues.
