EVENT | tyroneisaacstuart AT SKIN DEEP SONIC TRANSMISSIONS (IN THE ROUND FESTIVAL)

Incredible multidisciplinary artist tyroneisaacstuart, who is taking multiple scenes by storm following the release of his album ‘S!CK’, will be performing a ‘Deep Sonic Transmission’ session at Roundhouse on April 19th.

Part of ‘In The Round Festival’, audiences will be treated to one of tyroneisaacstuart’s unique, genre-bending performances, that are never the same twice. Blending his wide range of influences from Jazz, Hip Hop and beyond, the multi-medium practitioner draws on his skills as a virtuoso saxophonist, dancer and emcee, with a band, crew or solo, but routinely surprises audiences by bringing something new. A perfect example is his recent one-man show on WorldWide FM’s ‘Brownswood Basement’ sessions.

If you haven’t already heard ‘S!CK’, don’t miss out any longer; the album is a ride. Boldly creative, drawing on a huge range of styles, the ‘S!CK’ is a brilliant balance of outthere and engaging, put together by a truly original artist with an incredible set of musical and visual collaborators.

As the press release describes, ‘S!CK’ is “Peppered with contributions from Moses Boyd, Theon Cross, Shirley Tetteh, Nikos Zarkias, Jamie Murray, Jack Polley, Reiss Ellis Beckles, Kweku Aacht and Zuri Jarret-Boswell” and it’s “gumbo style blends ferocious group improvisations with punchy production and visceral lyricism. Together it reRlects the polyphony of creative experiences Issac-Stuart has accumulated”
