This That is The Repeat Beat Poet’s first official rap release, and sees him linking up with fellow Chelmsford-born emcee SafeNath (also drummer for indie-rap outfit RatBoy) for a blistering 3 minutes of controlled fury. Built on a driving double bass sample This That balances hardline personal and political raps from RBP with SafeNath’s adrenaline-fuelled rhythm-driven rhymes, held together by a bouncing hook from the two young emcees.
