Gaining notoriety for his enigmatic persona, Skaiwater’s unique and distinguishable sound is what separates him as one of the most intriguing rappers to come out of the UK. With ‘Bieber’, Skaiwater shows off his range and ability to create original sounds with an interesting blend of melody and fast tempo trap, carving out his own lane even further by staying away from standard elements of the UK rap and grime style.

His most recent release “Blakehomie” has been going strong garnering 100,000 plays across all DSPs since its July release due to its catchy opening lyric “I can’t give you my heart but I can give you Dior.” As well as it’s intoxicating dreamy instrumental. He also dropped his first official EP “After God Fear Eve” in June 2019 which has since gone on to receive critical acclaim from fans of the dream trap genre.

With co-signs from No Jumper’s Adam22 as well as brushing shoulders with Lil Nas X, Trippie Redd and Launcy Foux to name a few, Skai seems to have been accepted with open arms by the upper echelon of the new wave of rappers.

There’s no denying that Skaiwater has a library of heaters under his belt, and with ’Bieber’ gearing us up for what’s to come, there’s no question that he is one of the most electrifying and noteworthy artists coming out of the UK right now. There’s big things on the horizon so sleep on Skai at your peril.

“We are really excited to hear more from this very youthful artist with lots of potentials to develop into one of the UK’s next big stars.” – Elevator
