A mes­sage of empower­ment and encour­age­ment to all women every­where ‘Get Yours’ is the brand new single to come from Lon­don rap­per Ricky Banks.
“I just wanted to make this song to remind the ladies that they are power­ful, can do any­thing and that noth­ing should stop their drive or vis­ion.” says Ricky.
Well known for his bars, ‘Get Yours’ fea­tures aspir­a­tion­al lyr­ics set against a beat that just begs to be danced to. Need­ing to impro­vise and respond to ever chan­ging Cov­id reg­u­la­tions, the video for ‘Get Yours’ fea­tures images and videos of women suc­ceed­ing and thriv­ing, from celebrit­ies to nor­mal people liv­ing their lives. Although not the ori­gin­al video they had planned, this video speaks volumes to the aims of ‘Get Yours’.
