London rapper BLEND releases his brand new debut single, ‘Silicon Valley’. Inspired by the very idea of making money and becoming successful, this track focuses on those who have made wealth from silicon valley such as Bill Gates despite him being a college dropout. Utilising energetic hooks and catchy melodies, BLEND recorded and produced the single with the help of Yekki, a producer who creates beats worthy of critical acclaim. BLEND had the lyrics down in ten minutes, and they were ready to go!
Hailing from London, BLEND chose his iconic name to reflect his musical abilities. Rejecting labels and the idea of being held down by one genre, such as drill, his unique craft can be described as a distinctive blend of sub genres — reaching new boundaries, whilst being unique is of utmost importance to this artist. Inspired not only by the idea of money or success, fashion is also part of Blends’ artistry which echoes in his music. With more than 40 songs ready and loaded there is no doubt that BLEND will launch himself into a musical career worth more than the concept of money, and ‘Silicon Valley’ is the great first step into the realm of success.
