Truly one of London’s most exciting and talented young rappers, 17 year old 5EB comes through with the first video since the release of his highly acclaimed debut EP ‘Hibernation’. With this latest drop, 5EB is stepping up his game to deliver one of the most bouncy and exciting summer vibes of the year.

The single sees 5EB in his element with him singing and rapping over a trap/drill inspired beat with gritty 808s and infectious guitar, delivering his trademark unique style which has seen him develop a strong and devout cult fan base — a true testament of his talent. The track comes accompanied by a visual from emerging director and close friend Archie Erskine which is due to première on Mixtape Madness.

Having only begun to take music seriously 2 years ago at the age of 15, his lead single ‘5UNNY’ quickly racked up half a million streams from the jump. 5EB has since gone on to collaborate with the likes of One Acen on ‘Scum’ which received a big reception from the UK rap scene, as well as feature on Mixtape Madness’s ‘Next Up’ freestyle series, and being named on Dummy Mag’s Top 10 Under 18s according to Oso Wavey Jay. 5EB has continued to see comparisons to the likes of D‑Block Europe and Krept and Konan, with his music making him ever increasingly prolific in London’s underground rap scene.

One of his most remarkable moments last year selling out his headline show in 24 hours at the O2 academy Islington. His performance was electrifying and his performance was so big that his name quickly circulated in the industry as one of London’s most exciting and sought-after emerging artists. The remarkable act was also soon followed by his CHILDISH EP which featured top 40 artists, aforementioned One Acen, Smith Blaxk and Dreadz. The mixtape also went on to receive support and acclaim from UK tastemakers Mistajam via BBC Radio 1xtra and platforms such as Kiss Fresh and Represent Radio.

With this latest release, 5EB is pushing the boundaries and continuing down the path he’s become most known for — creating exciting and original new sounds. His unmatchable stage presence and energy against his effortless flow is the formula of a winner. We’re really excited about this one, be sure to keep locked in with his movements this year — there’s plenty more to come.
