A year in the making, ‘No Love Lost’ is the debut full length studio album from Blessed. This album is in many ways a tribute to his late father, who was a massive part of Blessed’s musical journey. With features from VITAL, Kidd Kace, Kizz, Genesis Elijah and Sydney Dejorey, ‘No Love Lost’ is a powerful collection of songs that fully showcase the talent and versatility of this rapper. “Music has always been my outlet. It kept me out of trouble, got me back into education and I have a dream job, in music, supporting young people living in challenging life circumstances.” explains Blessed who wants this album to reflect his confidence and battle to overcome adversity. Written, recorded, mixed and mastered entirely by Blessed himself, ‘No Love Lost’ was written with complete love for the genre.

“Music is an integral part of my life and it feels good to prove that to the world.”

British rapper Blessed has been on the rise for some time, having released a steady stream of singles since 2018. Developing his craft through freestyles and mixtapes, Blessed was supported by youth charity Music Fusion who helped him with free studio time. Heavily influenced by 50 cent and the Gangsta image, Blessed’s sound may have developed over the years but always maintains that overwhelming passion for the genre and the music, as he has drawn influence from a wide range of artists.. “Being on stage came naturally to me, so once I managed to get some songs down that the crowd enjoyed, I was able to get regular bookings” explains Blessed who has used his live platform to catapult himself into the spotlight, now hosting his own events with Word of Mouth. Blessed has performed at The Royal Albert Hall, has done a Fire in the Booth with Charlie Sloth on BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra and opened up for Akala and Lowkey, as well as being nominated for a Youth Music Award as a Freestyle battle rap champion.
