Producer Ashem releases new instrumental album ‘Hip Hop Ashtrumentals’. In his own words:
“I just felt inspired by that early/mid 90’s boom bap sound that I grew up listening to. When I go back to Illmatic, Muddy Waters to some of Tribe’s early stuff, soul samples with muffled drums and saxophone and some of that vinyl crackling sound. This is how I remember Hip Hop. Some of these beats were ideas I was using for artists I was working with. This is a free download for promotional use but people are free to also contribute”
