Soundcloud Spotify

The second installment of Nocturnal released last year, the new EP follows on adding a song for everyone important to young Afro-Swing artist SMPLY T. Recorded in his own room, SMPLY T tends to be most creative at night, hence the name of Nocturnal II as SMPLY T is a nocturnal creative. With each song being dedicated to a different person, each track on Nocturnal II has its own vibe and energy, making for a diverse EP that shows off SMPLY T’s versatility as an artist.

SMPLY T takes inspiration from his Nigerian heritage to create a fusion of Afro-beat, Hip Hop and R&B. SMPLY T sees music as an opportunity to bring people together and wants to get this across in his music, always making sure the track has a fun and chilled out vibe. Since concentrating on his music in the last year, SMPLY T has released two installments of the Nocturnal EPs that aim to be a form of escapism for the listener.

‘Nocturnal II’ is now available on all major platforms
