F O L O C I x MCNM caught up with High­light Nation for their art exhib­i­tion “2Pac Changes” in which artists and the event were centered around the theme of the song “Changes”, the artist 2 Pac and the 90’s. The event was a cel­eb­ra­tion of 2 Pac, an exhib­i­tion of unknown tal­ent in the art world and F O L O C I got to talk to the brains behind the operation.
