Imagery’s first release after 7 years of alternative projects, The Black Sheep EP features production from some of UK hiphop’s finest, Nutty P and Micall Parknsun, as well as French producer Keizan and U.S.producer, Confidence.
This project highlights Imagery’s micro and macro representations of black sheep in today’s society. From the MC’s perspective, Imagery represents an alternative rapper who is crucially observant of political and social shifts. At the same time, this MC is surrounded by a population of black sheep across classes and races, all attempting to keep up in a very modern world.
The EP is available via bandcamp and out now on all digital platforms. The new video Black Sheep is also out now.
