Listen to OUT THE BOX
Persian/British rapper Tohi is set to release his highly anticipated single Out the Box. The track will be available in all major digital platforms form the 19th April 2019.
Out the Box is a hard hitting, urban ballad that addresses moving out of comfort zones and accepting the challenge of something new. Tohi uses his platform as a voice for many social issues through which he can send positive messages to his fan base.
Tohi hails from Iran, where he boasts being the first modern rapper to grow a wide fan base from his country. Tohi blends influences from his Persian roots with his love for British music to deliver a truly unique sound.
Tohi overcame the barriers of being an upcoming Persian Hip Hop artist by developing his music in Dubais’ lively producer scene. His latest single, Out the Box, was written, produced and recorded in London, a city where he has already played at a multitude of live venues.
Hip Hop legends such as The Weeknd, Drake and Kendrick Lamar have each inspired Tohi’s sound with their contemporary take on the classic genre. Despite having already grown a fan base of over 3.7 million on Instagram alone, Tohi is ready to bring his music to the forefront of the UK urban scene.
Tohi is no stranger to success with several awards already under his belt, including Best R&B/Hip Hop act of the year 2016 and 2017 from BAMA Music Awards Germany. Not only that, he was recently interview by Sky News which highlights that he has obtained over 10 number 1 singles.
Expect to hear Tohi — Out the Box on all major digital streaming platforms from the 19th April 2019.
