Tickets

Brooklyn based, Washington DC-born rapper, Oddisee, comes to Jazz Café backed by his 5‑piece band, Good Compny.

Oddisee’s music draws inspiration from his youth bearing witness to stark inequality as the sights and sounds of Washington, DC, surrounded him. Since then, he has used “his own experiences to reflect on the greater state of humanity, in all its beauty and flaws” (New York Magazine). He’s toured the globe several times over, performed for NPR’s Tiny Desk and COLORS, and his deep catalog of albums and instrumental tapes has over 100 million streams globally.

His latest album, ODD CURE, has been hailed as “hip-hop’s first pandemic masterpiece” (Exclaim), likened to “chicken soup for a divided society” (Okayplayer), and praised by Stereogum, HYPEBEAST, UPROXX, Bandcamp, DJBooth and more.
