Listen to Abstract Waters

West London rapper Gilly Heller is set to release latest single Abstract Waters to all major digital platforms from the 28th June 2019.

Abstract Waters draws influence from the hardships of the music industry, a song which challenges the modern negativity. This latest release showcases Gilly Heller’s lyrical precision and flare for authenticity, skills which run parallel to his powerful vocal.

Abstract Waters began as an experimental track, combing flows, beats and melodies featuring backing vocals from Teni Tinks. This collaboration brings in a hint of magic, shifting the music across the boundaries of genre.

Gilly Heller’s career is just starting off yet he has already garnered support from Complex, Pulse 88, Reprezent  radio and Rinse FM. His sound could be described as a fresh fusion of R&B, Hip Hop and ‘Trap Soul’, a unique take on London’s urban scene which is set to draw Gilly Heller a promising career in the industry.

Gilly first wrote music at just age 14 and then went on to spend the next 8 years perfecting his craft. Back in 2010, he was diagnosed with cancer but through a tough fight he overcame the obstacle. Beating the disease gave Gilly new inspiration and purpose for his music. He prides himself in being a survivor and this sentiment is extremely prevalent in his art.

Abstract Waters will become available on major streaming platforms from the 28th June 2019.
