After the suc­cess of his pre­vi­ous releases Ship­puden & Pull Up, both of which have amassed a stag­ger­ing 4 mil­lion streams, Blanco cur­rently boasts a gen­er­ous half a mil­lion monthly listen­ers on Spo­ti­fy and is fea­tured on their pop­u­lar Rap UK playl­ist. In addi­tion to his solo mater­i­al, Blanco recently col­lab­or­ated with old school heavy weight Donae’O on his single Van­couver earli­er this year, as well as Stay Flee Get Lizzy on a joint effort ‘Hand­some G’ with RV and Youngs Tef, adding to his grow­ing cata­logue of stel­lar fea­tures.

Since enter­ing the scene in 2015, Blanco has had a steady ascen­sion in music and has built a ded­ic­ated fan base from his days of being part of rap group Har­lem Spartans to trans­ition­ing into a solo artist. The anti­cip­a­tion of his new mater­i­al fol­low­ing his short hiatus would see Blanco have a massive break­out moment with multi-plat­in­um selling pro­duc­tion power­house Dr Vades’ on hit single Ring­tone, which became an anthem for sum­mer 2019 and earned a spot on the UK Offi­cial charts. Records such as Jason Bourne and Money on the Road were early pre­views of the immense tal­ent Blanco held when it came to adapt­ing his style to fit dif­fer­ent sounds, whilst main­tain­ing lyr­ic­al integ­rity.

Often praised for his effort­less flow and slick deliv­ery he is one of the most excit­ing acts mak­ing music right now. He’s garnered sup­port from key industry taste­m­akers and plat­forms, appear­ing on BBC Radio 1xta’s Kenny Allstar’s ‘Voice of the Streets’, Noi­sey premiered the afore­men­tioned ‘Money On The Road’ where the video sits at around 7.6 mil­lion views to date.
