Recor­ded at his condo in Cape Canaver­al, BIG BOY OWNA wrote, recor­ded, pro­duced and mixed this album him­self, mak­ing it a true reflec­tion of him as an artist. “Last I heard, there aren’t rules to win” says BIG BOY OWNA who hopes his listen­ers will take this album as a source of inspir­a­tion to fol­low their own dreams as he chases his. ‘BIL­LION­HEIR BOY OWNA’ is an ambi­tious debut and we can­’t wait to see what else this artist achieves!
BIG BOY OWNA has always felt destined for star­dom. Facing many adversit­ies from a young age, he has over­come every obstacle placed in his way to get to this point. His flow is char­ac­ter­ised with trap influ­enced abbre­vi­ations, unique meta­phors and pro­voc­at­ive lyr­ics. Cit­ing Drake as a key influ­ence, BIG BOY OWNA rein­tro­duces the old-school style whilst mix­ing it in with mod­ern hip hop fla­vours.
