Jim E. Watts, formerly known as J‑DUB, has released a new album MUSICAL THERAPY.

“A lyrical therapy session with a beat and a melody.” With songs like “My Mind” and “Ocean”, this project describes his different thoughts and feelings to an audience who can relate through heartbreak, and a distorted view on today’s society as a whole. Every beat is a display of his talent.

He grew up in Detroit Michigan and by the age of 13 he was producing music and by 15 he was writing songs. With his sense of nostalgia mixed with his pleasing sound he has created a truly enjoyable album. Jim E. Watts holds talent as a saxophonist, guitarist, pianist, drummer and hip-hop artist.

The artist draws inspiration from a range of urban artists but his unique take on the genre sets him apart. His sound is trial-blazing as he crafts his own lane through an already saturated industry. Each of his previous releases to date have addressed some of the worlds biggest struggles, truly connecting him with his listeners.
