Tinie Tempah guests on today’s The Rebecca Judd Show on Apple Music. The British star spoke to Rebecca about the huge success of his debut single ‘Pass Out’ (which was released 10 years ago this month), signing his first record deal, meeting Amy Winehouse in a club, the current music scene in the UK, how the scene makes him want to cry, making new music with Not3s, starting a family and more.
Speaking about the success of ‘Pass Out’ Tinie stated, “Yeah [‘Pass Out’] it changed the game. It’s a mad thing man. What I’m always trying to do when I get into the studio is trying to take all of the influences that I’ve grown up with but trying to also make something new. I feel like when we made ‘Pass Out’ it was new. Like there was nothing that ever sounded like that ever before. And that’s why I’m still so proud of it ’til this day.”
